Sage’s Principal, Claire Lansdown, worked in local government for almost a decade before establishing Sage Copywriting, spanning roles in media and communications, strategic marketing and sponsorship, economic development and managing marketing activities for business units including waste, cultural services, leisure, rates and governance.
Claire is an Affiliate Member of Local Government Professionals WA and Acting Chair of the Local Government Professionals WA’s Communications Network Committee.

In 2019, Claire was awarded the Local Government Professionals WA’s competitive international travel scholarship for her research proposal. The project sought to advance local government sector knowledge on strategies to better reach and engage communities through effective communication.
